All sales on Made-to-Order items are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges


We accept exchanges only within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• You must contact us via email at roxannejewelry@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace it at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items


Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.


How to Request an Exchange

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions
3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will ship the replacement
